The program
The Lighthouse Project was established in 2022 to help high-functioning adults on the autistic spectrum develop their skills and abilities; Believing that by connecting their skills with the real needs, they will be given the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the community.
Many people diagnosed with high-functioning autism spectrum have unique abilities that can provide significant value in performing tasks as capital market analysts.
What is a capital market analyst?
People who choose a career as an analyst provide insights into the performance of a company’s investments, stocks and other financial instruments. They are also responsible for identifying new investment opportunities. Some of the responsibilities of a stock analyst are:
- Providing financial guidance to management.
- Monitoring the company's strategies to improve them.
- Identifying potential investment opportunities.
- Preparation of reports on different companies, industries or markets.
- Analyzing market conditions and predicting established future trends.

How the program works
Locating potential candidates
The first step is to identify potential candidates who match the characteristics of the program and are interested in learning about the world of the capital market.
Training and learning
During the training we get to know the students and work with their abilities and disabilities in order to identify the tasks they are suitable for. We will provide them with the tools to do a good job as capital market analysts.
Accompanying process
After the employee is hired, we accompany him through the process with good training, make sure he is in a friendly work environment and help him integrate.
Contact with the employer
Before the candidates start working in the new companies, we set up meetings with the managers and teams in order to give background and tips to make sure they are ready.
Training for companies
We accompany the company and provide supportive professional training that helps retain employees in the long term. Add work from home.
